Shipping and Refund Policy


After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for shipment. We ship via USPS first class shipping and will send you tracking info as soon as your item is shipped. Shipments generally take 3-5 days once shipped to reach the customer. 

Please note that due to COVID-19, we may face procurement issues and unforeseen carrier delays. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as we know there is an issue, and we will work as fast as possible to get your items to you!

Returns and Refunds

You have 30​ calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 2 business days on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

A credit will be received depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
